Return Policy

• Because most of the products we sell on this site are made to each customers specifications, we do not allow any returns for refunds or exchanges.
  
  
• We do however guarantee all our products for one year from defects in materials and workmanship. If your Solar Sign does not light up at night, please try replacing the AA NiCad Battery before contacting us (located under solar panel). To replace the battery remove the 4 screws from the solar panel assembly and carefully open the assembly to expose the battery. Please be careful not to disturb the wiring assembly while replacing the battery. If replacing the battery does not fix the problem please e-mail us at randy@shadybusiness.com to get an RA number.
  
  

• You are responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as customsolarsings.com can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse. Please include payment of $8.95 to cover shipping and handling costs.

• Once we receive your authorized return with the $8.95 shipping and handling fee, we will repair and return your Custom Solar Sign within 10 days at no extra charge.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within ten business days after payment is received (credit card approval). In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable or back-ordered we will notify you promptly, at which time you will have the option to cancel the order if you wish.

Shipping & Handling Fees

We ship USA orders by FedEx Ground and charge ONLY $8.95 for shipping and handling. We will ship up to 3 signs for the same shipping cost, $8.95. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. We also offer FedEx Next Day Air for only $39.95 within the United States. We Ship orders to Canada, GB and most of Europe via USPS First Class Mail and charge ONLY $10.95 plus insurance. Please e-mail us for quotes to other countries.

Credit Card Security

This web site offers credit card transaction security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. The secure server software encrypts your credit card information before it is forwarded to us, thereby preventing others from accessing your private information during this process.

Sales Tax (California Orders Only!)

Sales tax is charged to California shipping addresses ONLY! The sales tax for California shipping addresses will be added to the invoice at the time of checkout, and is based on the shipper's county-specific tax rate applied to both the purchase price and S&H charges per State law. The sales tax rate is 7.75%.
